NCKOP program creates learning opportunities; promote personal & leadership development, and provide a positive male presence for all those who came through and currently in the program today.

To further develop and instill leadership in our youth, each council will visit or organize a program whereas someone in a leadership role will speak with the Knights about the skills needed to be a leader. This could be someone invited to speak with the Knights or a visit to the Leader at their organization. The leader identified should be in an executive level position or CEO. This could be an elected officials within the public sector.
