EDUCATIONAL DAY
Educational day is May 17th is set aside by councils to emphasize the value of education and the fact that the public school is the principal bulwark of liberty and must be maintained. This day affords every Knight a chance to show his regard for the public schools and to promote general interest in this institution in several different ways. No other youth organization emphasizes the importance of the public schools as the Knights or Pythagoras.
