Royal Heart Lodge 478 sponsors LeRoy Evans Council 108 in the 13th District of the great Prince Hall jurisdiction of North Carolina. They held a Gaming eTournament for their Knights and stated; “taking care of the youth. They’re our future!”

They know mentoring is more than informal conversations and interactions with youth. Mentoring groups and experts say, at the beginning of a mentoring relationship, we frequently struggle with what to say and how to spend our time together. This is particularly relatable to learning and development relationships, where it’s vital to keep an engaging mentor/mentee environment and relationship going.

The Brothers of Royal Heart Lodge 478 & LeRoy Evans Council 108 understand it is about creating a trustful connection that blossoms over time. The Brothers understand having a relationship with youth must be based and built upon trust in order for the relationship of mentor and mentee to succeed.

The eTournament event organized by Royal Heart Lodge 478 & LeRoy Evans Council 108 helps foster and maintain a trusting relationship. We applaud the Brothers for finding unique ways to continue mentoring our Knights and making it fun.
